MENU

• We serve a tasting menu exclusively, a la carte is not offered.

• We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with 24 hours notice - however as our cooking requires use of dairy, eggs, and seafood, we don't accommodate vegan or vegetarian menu requests.

• Our cuisine utilizes a diversity of spices, herbs, seasonings, and other components that provide bold flavors in delicate balance - our flavors may be spicy, sour, sweet, salty, and/or savory.

• We do not accommodate requests to serve a less flavorful menu and we will not make any changes that alter the precise balance of our cooking for any reason.

• Our menu is based on the best quality seasonal ingredients, it is subject to change without notice.

• The course time is approximately 2.30 - 3.00 hours.

• A 15 course menu is 4,900++THB per person (Dinner Only)

• A 20 course menu is 6,900++THB per person (Dinner Only)

LATE ARRIVE

• Please plan to arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your reservation time - all guests are served at the same time for each seating.

• Please inform us if you will be late, or any changes need to be made and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Reservations can be guaranteed up to 30 minutes past each seating time. Any time beyond that, we may release the reservation or serve a more limited menu at our discretion.

• Last order is strictly 8:30pm, any guests arriving after this time will be served a shortened menu with no exceptions, discounts, or refunds offered. Any shortened menu will correspond with arrival time and/or continue with the next course served to guests with the same reservation time at our discretion.

• Please be informed that in our effort to provide the best experience to our guests, we can not allow late arrivals to affect our commitment to our standard of service, quality of food, other guests, or our staff.
